A 50 to 60m motor yacht the Marmaris and Hisaronu Gulf corridor through the 2026 peak window (mid-July through end of August) runs $205,000 to $345,000 per week plus 24 to 26 percent APA, takes 10 to 12 guests on the 6-cabin standard, and carries 13 to 16 crew. The Turkish-flag VAT exemption on charters embarking and disembarking on the Turkish coast applies in full and reads as the bracket's structural cost lever against any EU-flag equivalent. The structural 50 to 60m allocation runs through Netsel Marmaris Marina on the eastern Marmaris town face on prior commercial arrangement (the only Marmaris facility with the depth and length capacity for the bracket), with the inner Bozburun-peninsula villages of Bozburun, Sogut, and Selimiye moving to daylight-only tender access at the bracket and the structural overnight reading through the outer Bencik bay and the Datca peninsula outer roads. The Hisaronu meltemi window in central August holds three to five days per week of afternoon 15 to 25 knot blows from the southwest, and the inner Bozburun bays are the leeward refuge that makes the Marmaris base distinct from Bodrum at the bracket. Roughly 4 to 7 yachts in this LOA work the Marmaris-Bozburun-Datca corridor through a typical August week.

Why the bracket works Marmaris

Netsel Marmaris Marina as the structural base. Netsel Marmaris Marina on the eastern Marmaris town face holds the structural 50 to 60m allocation on the outer commercial-quay face on prior commercial arrangement, with the bracket-fit overnight reading through the central Marmaris town daylight call and the protected harbour swing. Netsel is the only Marmaris facility with the depth (the bracket-fit minimum of 4.5 metres at the outer commercial-quay face), the length (the structural 60 metre outer-quay slot), and the captain-side handling for the bracket. The Netsel shore programme runs the captain-car 5-minute transfer to the Marmaris Old Town Bazaar (the Kaleici quarter and the Marmaris Castle daylight call), the chief stew's prior reservation at Pineapple on the eastern Marmaris waterfront for the seafood-tasting bench, Liman on the Marmaris central marina for the Turkish-grill family bench, and Bedesten on the Old Bazaar quarter for the Anatolian seafood-and-meze daylight call.

The Hisaronu Gulf outer-bay sequence. The Hisaronu Gulf at the bracket reads through the outer bays as the structural overnight programme. Bencik on the northern Hisaronu face holds the structural calm-water leeward anchor on the protected northern bay swing through the prevailing afternoon meltemi (the bracket-fit primary anchor for the meltemi-event night). Kargi on the northeastern Hisaronu face holds the supplementary lunch anchor on the calm-water protected swing. Selimiye south outer roads (south of the Selimiye village) hold the structural outer-roads overnight at the bracket with the secondary tender shore-run into the Selimiye fishing village for the captain-side dinner call. The inner Bozburun, Sogut, and Selimiye village stern-to slots move to daylight-only tender access at the 50 to 60m line.

The Datca peninsula tip and the Symi crossover. The Datca peninsula outer roads (the western end of the Hisaronu Gulf system) and the Mesudiye outer anchor hold the structural daylight call on the calm-water protected swing on the prevailing meltemi. The Knidos archaeological anchorage on the western Datca tip (the ancient port of Knidos with the 4th century BC Aphrodite Temple ruin daylight call) holds the structural late-afternoon shore-cliff approach and the bracket-fit daylight call on the captain's prior anchor swing plan. The Symi Greek crossover (Symi is 22 nautical miles from Bozburun and 35 nautical miles from Marmaris) runs the structural day-out and back on the Turkish-flag commercial regime: the bracket runs the Symi Pedi anchorage daylight on the day-out basis as long as no charter guests embark or disembark on the Greek side.

Weekly rate map for the 2026 season

Rates below are for peak weeks (mid-July through end of August) for the 2026 Turkish charter season, before APA at 25 percent and gratuity at 8 to 12 percent. The Turkish-flag commercial VAT exemption applies in full on the Turkish-embarking charter. The Netsel Marmaris Marina commercial-quay berth fees, the structural Hisaronu outer-bay anchor programme fuel allocation, the Datca peninsula and the Knidos daylight extension bunker load, the Symi day-out customs clearance through the Marmaris port agency, and the Dalaman airport (DLM) general-aviation handling run through the APA.

LOA bracket Motor yacht (low to high) Sailing yacht and motor-sailor (low to high)
50 to 53m $205K to $250K per week $175K to $220K per week
53 to 57m $240K to $295K per week $205K to $265K per week
57 to 60m $280K to $345K per week $240K to $300K per week

The 50 to 60m Marmaris bracket prices 5 to 8 percent below the 50 to 60m Bodrum at the same LOA because the Bodrum August peak demand structure and the Mandalya Gulf social-anchor density pull the rate, and the Marmaris base reads through the quieter Hisaronu-Bozburun structural rotation. The Cote d'Azur equivalent at the same LOA reads 35 to 45 percent above Marmaris because the Turkish-flag VAT exemption and the materially lower Turkish crew-cost base compound across the August week. For corridor context see the 50-60m Turkey overview, the 50-60m Bodrum bracket, the 50-60m Fethiye bracket, the 50-60m Gocek bracket, and the 40-50m Marmaris bracket for the smaller LOA shoulder.

What the bracket buys you in this bracket in Marmaris

Cabins. Six standard. The 6-cabin August week reads through the Hisaronu Gulf counter-clockwise loop and the Symi day-out structural rotation, with the Netsel Marmaris Marina embarkation on the Saturday turnaround and the outer-bay overnight programme through the bracket.

Crew. Thirteen to sixteen. Turkish, Maltese, and Marshall-Islands-flag charter list dominates the Turkish-coast fleet at the bracket. The Bozburun and Hisaronu Gulf pilotage is a meaningful differentiator at the 50 to 60m line: the Bencik approach, the Selimiye south outer-roads entry, the Datca peninsula meltemi-shadow bays, and the Knidos western-Datca anchor swing reward a captain with two or more seasons of Hisaronu local time. The captain plus chief stew hold the Turkish-language operational fluency on the Netsel Marmaris Marina portmaster and the Marmaris port agency for the Symi crossover, and the chief stew's prior bench on Pineapple Marmaris, Liman Marmaris, Bedesten Marmaris, and the Aurora and Hayitli reservations on the Bozburun peninsula villages (via the secondary tender shore-run) is the structural broker-side question at inquiry.

Tenders. Primary 12 to 13m for the Netsel-to-Old-Town daylight shore brief, the Bencik-to-Selimiye lateral daylight shuttle, and the structural Symi Pedi crossover (the 22 nautical mile Bozburun-Symi leg at the bracket-fit primary tender), secondary 7 to 8m beach-landing for the inner-Bozburun village landing (Bozburun, Sogut, Selimiye on the daylight-only-tender programme) and the Knidos shore-cliff approach, plus a chase boat for the Datca peninsula daylight rotation. The Marmaris tender programme runs the structural outer-bay-mothership-and-inner-village-tender pattern hard at the bracket.

At-anchor stabilizers. Required. The Bencik northern face, the Selimiye south outer roads, the Datca peninsula outer roads, the Knidos western-Datca, and the Mesudiye structural calm-water anchor run the at-anchor stabilizers through the August afternoon meltemi window, and the supplementary southwesterly summer system holds the at-anchor load on the protected leeward face. The 2018-and-newer hulls run the structural zero-speed product at the bracket.

Beach club. Required. The Bencik, the Kargi, the Datca peninsula outer roads, the Mesudiye, and the Cleopatra Island structural beach-anchor positions run the beach club open hard through the August water band of 25 to 27 degrees, and the fold-out terraces run the daylight platform load through the Hisaronu Gulf counter-clockwise loop.

Helipad. Cat A useful. The Dalaman airport (DLM) 105 kilometre transit holds the structural 30 to 35-minute helicopter leg to the Netsel Marmaris Marina heliport or the captain-side Marmaris area heliport on the prior Turkish Civil Aviation Authority (SHGM) permit. The Bodrum-Milas airport (BJV) 165 kilometre transit runs the supplementary leg for the Gulf of Gokova extension shape. The bracket-fit Marmaris operation runs the Cat A standard through the structural Saturday-arrival rotation, and the captain's prior SHGM permit and the DLM general-aviation apron pre-clearance hold the bracket-fit operation.

Trip shape that fits the bracket

The Marmaris bracket reads through the Hisaronu Gulf counter-clockwise seven-night loop and the Marmaris-Gulf-of-Gokova ten-to-twelve-night northwest extension. The 7-night Hisaronu loop runs Netsel Marmaris Marina embarkation (one night), Ekincik or Bedri Rahmi outer for the shake-out (one night), Bozburun outer Selimiye or Sogut outer-roads one, Datca peninsula outer roads one, Symi Pedi day-out and Mesudiye overnight one, Bencik or Kargi inner Hisaronu one, return Netsel with Cleopatra Island daylight one. Seven nights. The Marmaris shape suits the structural Hisaronu Gulf counter-clockwise rotation as the closing Netsel base.

For the 12-night Marmaris-Gulf-of-Gokova northwest extension the bracket runs Netsel (one night) plus Hisaronu Gulf four nights (Bencik, Selimiye south, Datca, Knidos) plus Gulf of Gokova crossover with Cokertme Bay (two nights) plus Bodrum harbour outer two plus the return Marmaris via the Datca crossover. Twelve nights round-trip. For destination context see Charter Marmaris, Charter Turkey, and the Mediterranean charter weekly rates report.

What the bracket does not do well in Marmaris

The inner Bozburun, Sogut, or Selimiye village overnight at the bracket. The inner village stern-to slots at Bozburun, Sogut, and Selimiye run the structural 35 to 40 metre line only and the 50 to 60m bracket moves to the daylight-only tender access from the outer-bay mothership. We would pass on any broker representation of an inner Bozburun, Sogut, or Selimiye village overnight at the 50 to 60m line and hold the Bencik northern face, the Selimiye south outer roads, or the Datca peninsula outer roads instead.

The repositioned EU-flag yacht marketed at the Turkish VAT exemption on a Symi or Rhodes embarkation. The Marmaris and Bozburun bracket has a higher concentration of repositioned European motor yachts than the Bodrum or Gocek corridors at the 50 to 60m line, and a meaningful share of these yachts hold Greek or Maltese commercial flag rather than Turkish-flag commercial. The VAT and crew-cost arithmetic depends on the embarkation flag, not the cruising ground. A Greek-flag commercial yacht operating a Marmaris itinerary that embarks at Symi or Rhodes does not deliver the Turkish VAT exemption. We would pass on any broker representation of "Turkish VAT savings" on a non-Turkish-flag commercial yacht without the written Marmaris-embarkation confirmation and the commercial-regime documentation at the contract stage.

The Symi crossover with guest embarkation on the Greek side. The Symi day-out runs the structural Turkish-flag commercial regime on the day-out-and-back basis only: any guest embarkation or disembarkation on the Greek side breaks the Turkish-flag charter and triggers the Greek-side VAT and customs clearance. We would pass on any captain's plan that books a Symi guest embarkation or a Symi overnight inside a Turkish-flag commercial charter at the bracket.

The pick

For two couples, 7-night Hisaronu Gulf counter-clockwise loop in early August at the structural peak with Netsel Marmaris Marina embarkation, Bozburun outer Selimiye south one, Datca peninsula outer roads one, Symi Pedi day-out and Mesudiye one, Bencik inner Hisaronu one, return Netsel: a 52 to 54m motor yacht with the 6-cabin layout, full beach club, at-anchor stabilizers, primary plus secondary tender plus chase boat, captain holding prior Netsel commercial-quay tenure and DLM Cat A helipad pre-clearance, and the Pineapple Marmaris plus the Liman Marmaris plus the Aurora Bozburun (via the secondary tender) reservations arranged at contract. Budget $240K per week, all-in roughly $310K including APA at 25 percent. Booking lead time: 8 to 11 months because the Netsel commercial-quay peak-week allocation is the binding constraint.

For a family of 10, 12-night Marmaris-Gulf-of-Gokova northwest extension in late July at the bracket peak with Netsel embarkation, Hisaronu Gulf four nights, Gulf of Gokova Cokertme two nights, Bodrum harbour outer two, and the Datca crossover return: a 56 to 58m motor yacht with the 6-cabin layout, Cat A helipad for the DLM and the BJV transit, primary plus secondary tender plus chase boat, captain experience for the Gulf of Gokova structural crossing and the Bodrum harbour outer-anchor pre-clearance, and the Pineapple plus the Liman plus the Maca Kizi Bodrum (via the secondary tender at the Bodrum outer anchor) reservations arranged at contract. Budget $300K per week, all-in for 12 nights roughly $665K. Booking lead time: 10 to 14 months.

For a multigenerational group of 12, 7-night Hisaronu shoulder shape in mid-September at the season close with the August Bozburun daylight density easing, the Netsel commercial-quay more open, and the Datca peninsula structurally available: a 57 to 60m motor yacht with the 7-cabin layout, Cat A helipad for the DLM 105 kilometre transit, primary plus secondary tender plus chase boat, captain experience for the Hisaronu meltemi-shadow rotation and the Knidos archaeological daylight call, and the Pineapple plus the Bedesten plus the Hayitli Selimiye reservations arranged at contract. Budget $330K per week, all-in roughly $425K. Booking lead time: 7 to 10 months.
