A 50 to 60m motor yacht the Fethiye and Gocek corridor through the 2026 peak window (mid-July through end of August) runs $215,000 to $360,000 per week plus 24 to 26 percent APA, takes 10 to 12 guests on the 6-cabin standard, and carries 13 to 16 crew. The Turkish-flag VAT exemption on charters embarking and disembarking on the Turkish coast applies in full and reads as the single largest cost lever at the bracket against any EU-flag equivalent. At 50 to 60m the inner Skopea bays (Tomb Bay, Wall Bay, 22 Fathoms, Boynuzbuku) move to daylight-only access and the structural overnight reads through the outer Sarsala anchor on the eastern Gocek face, the Bedri Rahmi outer roads on the Bedri Rahmi southwestern face, the D-Marin Gocek outer T-pier on prior commercial arrangement, and the Ece Marina at Fethiye on the central commercial-quay face. Roughly 6 to 10 yachts in this LOA work the Fethiye-Skopea-Lycian coast corridor through a typical August week.
Why the bracket works Fethiye
D-Marin Gocek as the structural base. D-Marin Gocek on the western Skopea inlet holds the structural 50 to 60m allocation on the outer T-pier on prior commercial-marina arrangement, with the bracket-fit overnight reading through the protected inlet swing on the leeward face of the prevailing afternoon meltemi. The Gocek shore programme runs the captain-car transfer to the village centre (5 minutes), the chief stew's prior reservation at Kebab Hospital on the village main street for the structural Turkish-grill tasting bench, Limon on the Gocek waterfront for the seafood-and-meze daylight call, and Kiyi on the central village square for the kebab-and-grill family bench.
Ece Marina at Fethiye as the supplementary commercial-quay base. Ece Marina (formerly Ece Saray) on the eastern Fethiye Gulf face holds the supplementary 50 to 60m allocation on the central commercial-quay face on prior commercial-marina arrangement, with the bracket-fit overnight reading through the Fethiye Old Town daylight call and the Calis Beach western face shore programme. The Ece shore programme runs the captain-car 8-minute transfer to the Fethiye Old Town Pazar Yeri (the Tuesday-market call) and the chief stew's prior reservation at Mod Yacht Lounge on the Ece marina central waterfront and Reis on the Fethiye Old Town for the Anatolian seafood-tasting bench.
The Skopea Bay outer-anchor sequence. The Skopea Bay daylight programme at the bracket reads through the outer anchors. Sarsala on the eastern Gocek face holds the structural lunch anchor on the protected leeward swing through the prevailing afternoon meltemi, with the Sarsala captain-side beach-tender shore brief on the protected sandy bottom. Bedri Rahmi on the Bedri Rahmi outer roads (named for the painter Bedri Rahmi Eyuboglu, whose 1973 mural is on the shore rock face) holds the structural mid-day daylight call on the captain's prior outer-roads anchor swing plan. Tomb Bay, Wall Bay, 22 Fathoms, and Boynuzbuku run the structural daylight-only-tender programme at the bracket: the inner bays are reached by the secondary tender from the outer-anchor mothership and the 50 to 60m line does not overnight in the inner cluster.
Weekly rate map for the 2026 season
Rates below are for peak weeks (mid-July through end of August) for the 2026 Turkish charter season, before APA at 25 percent and gratuity at 8 to 12 percent. The Turkish-flag commercial VAT exemption applies in full on the Turkish-embarking charter. The D-Marin Gocek or Ece Marina commercial-quay berth fees, the structural Skopea outer-anchor programme fuel allocation, the Lycian coast extension bunker load, and the Dalaman airport (DLM) general-aviation handling run through the APA.
| LOA bracket | Motor yacht (low to high) | Sailing yacht and motor-sailor (low to high) |
|---|---|---|
| 50 to 53m | $215K to $260K per week | $185K to $230K per week |
| 53 to 57m | $250K to $310K per week | $215K to $275K per week |
| 57 to 60m | $295K to $360K per week | $250K to $315K per week |
The 50 to 60m Fethiye bracket prices 35 to 45 percent below the 50 to 60m Cote d'Azur at the same LOA because the Turkish-flag VAT exemption and the materially lower Turkish crew-cost base compound across the 6-cabin August week. The Bodrum equivalent at the same LOA reads 4 to 7 percent above Fethiye because the Bodrum August peak demand structure and the Mandalya Gulf social-anchor density pull the rate. For corridor context see the 50-60m Turkey overview, the 50-60m Bodrum bracket, the 50-60m Gocek bracket, the 50-60m Marmaris bracket, and the 40-50m Fethiye bracket for the smaller LOA shoulder.
What you actually get in this bracket in Fethiye
Cabins. Six standard, with a meaningful share of the Turkish-built Bilgin and Sirena fleet running the convertible 6-cabin layout (master, VIP, two doubles, two twin-convertible) that suits the multigenerational charter group on the Skopea-and-Lycian-coast run.
Crew. Thirteen to sixteen. Turkish, Maltese, and Marshall-Islands-flag charter list dominates the Turkish-coast fleet at the bracket. The Turkish crew-cost base runs 30 to 45 percent below the French Riviera equivalent and the chief engineering bench through the Tuzla shipyard recruiting pool is strong. The captain plus chief stew hold the Turkish-language operational fluency on the D-Marin Gocek and the Ece Marina portmasters and the chief stew's prior bench on Kebab Hospital Gocek, Limon Gocek, Mod Yacht Lounge Fethiye, and Reis Fethiye reservations is the structural broker-side question at inquiry.
Tenders. Primary 12 to 13m for the D-Marin-to-Tomb-Bay daylight shore brief (the 3 nautical mile inner-Skopea daylight shuttle to the inner-bay cluster from the Sarsala outer-anchor mothership) and the Bedri Rahmi captain-side daylight call, secondary 7 to 8m beach-landing for the Sarsala sandy bottom and the inner-Skopea no-wake-zone landing, plus a chase boat for the Lycian coast Olu Deniz and Butterfly Valley daylight rotation. The Fethiye tender programme runs the structural outer-anchor-mothership-and-inner-bay-tender pattern hard at the bracket.
At-anchor stabilizers. Required. The Sarsala outer anchor, the Bedri Rahmi outer roads, the Olu Deniz outer face, and the Butterfly Valley structural calm-water sandy-bottom anchor run the at-anchor stabilizers through the August afternoon meltemi window, and the supplementary southwesterly summer system holds the at-anchor load on the protected leeward face. The 2018-and-newer hulls run the structural zero-speed product at the bracket.
Beach club. Required. The Sarsala, the Bedri Rahmi, the Olu Deniz, the Butterfly Valley, the Gemiler Island, and the Kalkan structural beach-anchor positions run the beach club open hard through the August water band of 26 to 28 degrees, and the fold-out terraces run the daylight platform load through the structural Skopea daylight rotation.
Helipad. Cat A useful. The Dalaman airport (DLM) 60 to 65 kilometre transit holds the structural 18 to 22-minute helicopter leg to the D-Marin Gocek or the Ece Marina heliports on the prior Turkish Civil Aviation Authority (SHGM) permit. The Antalya airport (AYT) 220 kilometre transit runs the supplementary leg for the Lycian-coast eastward shape with the Kas Marina disembarkation. The bracket-fit Fethiye operation runs the Cat A standard through the DLM proximity, and the captain's prior SHGM permit and the DLM general-aviation apron pre-clearance hold the bracket-fit operation.
Trip shape that fits the bracket
The Fethiye bracket reads through the Gocek-Skopea-Lycian-coast seven-night shape and the Gocek-to-Kas ten-to-fourteen-night eastward extension. The 7-night Skopea-and-early-Lycian shape runs D-Marin Gocek embarkation (one night), Tomb Bay daylight from Sarsala anchor one, Wall Bay daylight one, Bedri Rahmi outer roads one, Olu Deniz daylight from outer-anchor one, Butterfly Valley one (return to Sarsala), Ece Marina Fethiye one (Old Town dinner). Seven nights. The Fethiye shape suits the structural Skopea-and-early-Lycian rotation as the closing Fethiye-side base.
For the 14-night Gocek-to-Kas eastward extension the bracket runs Gocek (three nights with Skopea daylight rotation) plus Olu Deniz and Butterfly Valley (two nights) plus Patara outer anchor one plus Kalkan two plus Kas Marina three plus Kekova outer Ucagiz (two nights with Sunken City daylight) plus Kas Marina (one night close). Fourteen nights one-way. For destination context see Charter Fethiye, Charter Turkey, and the Mediterranean charter weekly rates report.
What the bracket does not do well in Fethiye
The inner Skopea bay overnight at the bracket. Tomb Bay, Wall Bay, 22 Fathoms, and Boynuzbuku run the structural daylight-only access at the 50 to 60m line and the bracket-fit overnight reads through the Sarsala outer anchor, the Bedri Rahmi outer roads, the D-Marin Gocek outer T-pier, or the Ece Marina commercial-quay only. We would pass on any broker representation of a Tomb Bay or Wall Bay overnight at the 50 to 60m line and hold the Sarsala outer-anchor mothership with the inner-bay tender programme instead.
The repositioned EU-flag yacht marketed at the Turkish VAT exemption. The Turkish-flag commercial VAT exemption applies only on the Turkish-embarking and Turkish-disembarking charter under the Turkish-flag commercial regime. A Greek-flag, Maltese-flag, or Marshall-Islands-flag yacht that repositions into the Turkish corridor and embarks on the Turkish side under a non-Turkish commercial registration does not deliver the exemption in full. We would pass on any broker representation of "Turkish VAT savings" on a non-Turkish-flag commercial yacht without the written embarkation-flag confirmation and the commercial-regime documentation at the contract stage.
The 2019-and-earlier air-conditioning system at the bracket. The Skopea outer-anchor programme through the 6-cabin August week runs the chiller plant hard for 15 consecutive days through the structural 26 to 28 degree water-and-ambient band, and the dated AC systems struggle. We would pass on any unit booked for the Fethiye corridor without the written AC refit date on file (the bracket-fit operation reads through the 2020-or-newer AC plant) and hold the structural refit-document review at the contract stage.
The pick
For two couples, 7-night Skopea-and-early-Lycian shape in early August at the structural peak with D-Marin Gocek embarkation, three Skopea outer-anchor nights with inner-bay daylight tender rotation, two Lycian coast nights at Olu Deniz and Butterfly Valley, and the Ece Marina Fethiye close: a 52 to 54m motor yacht with the 6-cabin layout, full beach club, at-anchor stabilizers, primary plus secondary tender plus chase boat, captain holding prior D-Marin Gocek outer T-pier tenure and DLM Cat A helipad pre-clearance, and the Kebab Hospital Gocek plus the Mod Yacht Lounge Fethiye plus the Reis Fethiye reservations arranged at contract. Budget $250K per week, all-in roughly $325K including APA at 25 percent. Booking lead time: 8 to 11 months because the D-Marin Gocek outer T-pier peak-week allocation is the binding constraint.
For a family of 10, 14-night Gocek-to-Kas eastward extension in late July at the bracket peak with Gocek three nights, Skopea daylight rotation, Olu Deniz and Butterfly Valley two nights, Lycian coast Patara and Kalkan three nights, and the Kas-Kekova four-night eastern close: a 56 to 58m motor yacht with the 6-cabin layout, Cat A helipad for the DLM and the AYT transit, primary plus secondary tender plus chase boat, captain experience for the Lycian coast eastward leg and the Kas Marina berth pre-clearance, and the Kebab Hospital plus the Mod Yacht Lounge plus the Kalamaki Beach Kalkan plus the Mavi Kas reservations arranged at contract. Budget $315K per week, all-in for 14 nights roughly $810K. Booking lead time: 10 to 14 months.
For a multigenerational group of 12, 7-night Fethiye-and-Skopea shoulder shape in mid-September at the season close with the August Skopea daylight density easing, the D-Marin Gocek outer T-pier more open, and the Ece Marina more available: a 57 to 60m motor yacht with the 7-cabin layout, Cat A helipad for the DLM 65 kilometre transit, primary plus secondary tender plus chase boat, captain experience for the Skopea outer-anchor rotation and the inner-bay tender daylight programme, and the Limon Gocek plus the Kebab Hospital plus the Reis Fethiye reservations arranged at contract. Budget $345K per week, all-in roughly $445K. Booking lead time: 7 to 10 months.
