A 50 to 60m motor yacht Corsica in the 2026 high-season window (mid-June to early September) runs $395,000 to $640,000 per week plus 28 to 30 percent APA, takes 10 to 12 guests on the 6-cabin standard, and carries 14 to 17 crew. Corsica is the structural expedition-flavored Tyrrhenian product at the bracket: Bonifacio at the southern tip on the structural cross-Sardinia gateway, the Lavezzi Islands at the strait centre on the marquee lunch position, Porto-Vecchio at the southeastern coast, Ajaccio at the western capital, Calvi on the Balagne coast, Saint-Florent at the Cap Corse base, and the Scandola Nature Reserve at the northwestern coast on the structural UNESCO permit-controlled product. The bracket runs the structural at-anchor product through the week (the Corsican marina infrastructure runs structurally tighter than the Sardinian at the bracket) and the Sardinia-Corsica cross-cluster week is the dominant 10 to 14-night brief. Rates run 2 to 4 percent below Sardinia at the same LOA on the lower Porto Cervo Marina shore-programme density. Roughly 14 to 22 yachts in this bracket work Corsica through a typical peak summer, mostly on the Sardinia-Corsica combined charter.

Why the bracket runs Corsica

The expedition product is structural. Corsica runs as the structural expedition Tyrrhenian week at the bracket with the Scandola Nature Reserve permit-controlled product, the Cap Corse rounding from Saint-Florent to Macinaggio, and the Calvi citadel shore programme as the three structural variables. The 1,000 kilometre Corsican coastline with the structural at-anchor product through the week is the brief and the dressed-evening shore programme runs the supplementary brief at Bonifacio, Calvi, and Porto-Vecchio.

The marina infrastructure runs structurally tight. The Bonifacio outer-port pontoons hold the 55m line on prior arrangement, the Bonifacio inner-port stern-to runs the supplementary captain's arrangement up to 50m, the Calvi marina holds the 55m line on the outer pontoon on prior arrangement, the Porto-Vecchio commercial port holds the 55 to 60m line on prior arrangement, and the Saint-Florent and Ajaccio marinas hold the 50 to 55m line on the supplementary captain's arrangement. The Cap Corse Macinaggio and the Erbalunga supplementary anchors run the off-marina product through the week. The bracket runs the at-anchor product as the structural overnight at every Corsican leg except Bonifacio and Calvi.

The Scandola Nature Reserve. The Scandola at the northwestern Corsica coast runs the structural UNESCO Marine Nature Reserve and the bracket runs the Scandola product on the daily Park permit with the structural anchor restrictions inside the Reserve boundary (the structural no-anchor zone with the supplementary mooring-buoy positions on prior contract-side arrangement). The Girolata fishing-village inner-bay anchor at the southern Scandola edge runs the lunch and overnight position outside the no-anchor zone. The Park permit is the structural contract-side question.

What the cruising area gives the bracket

Bonifacio. The Bonifacio outer-port pontoons at the eastern entrance hold the 55m line on prior arrangement and the Bonifacio inner-port stern-to with the historic citadel above is the marquee Corsican mooring position (capped at 50m structurally). The bracket runs the outer-port overnight with the supplementary tender to the inner-port shore programme. The Lavezzi Islands at the strait centre carry the marquee lunch position with the structural at-anchor lunch in 15 to 22 metres on sand bottom. Bonifacio runs a one to two-night structural leg on the cross-Sardinia week.

Porto-Vecchio and the southeastern coast. The Porto-Vecchio commercial port holds the 55 to 60m line on prior arrangement at the inner-bay grid, the Cala Rossa anchor at the northern bay carries the at-anchor product, and the Santa Giulia and Palombaggia anchors at the southern coast run the marquee Corsican beach-anchor position. The bracket runs the Porto-Vecchio bay product on the structural week and the Tahiti Plage shore programme at Palombaggia is the dressed-evening brief. Porto-Vecchio runs a one to two-night structural leg.

Ajaccio and the western coast. The Ajaccio inner harbour holds the 50 to 55m line on prior arrangement at the supplementary western capital embarkation, the Iles Sanguinaires at the western Ajaccio entrance carry the marquee at-anchor lunch position at sunset, the Capo di Feno and the Tour de Capitello anchors run the western Ajaccio supplementary positions, and the Cargese and Porto fishing villages on the western Corsica coast run the supplementary one-night legs north to Scandola. Ajaccio runs a one-night structural leg.

The Scandola Nature Reserve and Girolata. The Scandola at the northwestern Corsica coast runs the structural no-anchor Reserve boundary with the supplementary mooring-buoy positions and the Girolata fishing-village inner-bay anchor at the southern Reserve edge runs the marquee Corsican at-anchor position. The bracket runs Scandola on the day Park-permit and the Girolata overnight in 12 to 18 metres on sand bottom. Scandola and Girolata run a one to two-night structural leg on the western Corsica week.

Calvi and the Balagne. The Calvi outer-pontoon marina holds the 55m line on prior arrangement at the citadel base, the Calvi inner-bay anchor at the western citadel face runs the at-anchor overnight, the Algajola and Ile-Rousse anchors on the Balagne carry the supplementary northern positions, and the Calvi Chez Tao and the citadel shore programme run the dressed-evening brief. Calvi runs a one to two-night structural leg.

Saint-Florent and Cap Corse. The Saint-Florent inner harbour holds the 50 to 55m line on prior arrangement at the western Cap Corse base, the Desert des Agriates and the Saleccia and Loto beach anchors at the northwestern Cap Corse run the marquee Corsican white-sand beach-anchor positions, the Macinaggio and Erbalunga anchors on the eastern Cap Corse run the week, and the Bastia commercial port at the eastern Cap Corse base runs the supplementary embarkation. Saint-Florent and Cap Corse run a one to two-night leg.

What is in the bracket in this bracket on Corsica

Cabins. Six standard, seven optional. The 6-cabin layout runs the structural Corsica family or multi-couple week.

Crew. Fourteen to seventeen. The French-fluent captain and the French-language chief stew are the structural hires on the Corsican Scandola permit-controlled product and the Calvi-Bonifacio shore programme. The chef matters: the Corsican onboard food runs through every day with the supplementary one to two evenings ashore at Bonifacio, Calvi, Tahiti Plage Palombaggia, or Chez Tao Calvi. The chief stew's Corsican shore-restaurant bench is the structural variable.

Tenders. Primary 9 to 11m tender for the Bonifacio inner-port shore shuttle and the Scandola Park-tour rotation, secondary 7m tender for the Lavezzi and Girolata at-anchor lunch programme, chase boat for the water-sports brief. The Scandola Park tour runs the tender programme through the no-anchor Reserve boundary and the supplementary mooring-buoy positions.

Stabilizers. At-anchor stabilizers are load-bearing. The Bonifacio outer-port overnight in the southwesterly window, the Girolata inner-bay overnight, the Saleccia and Loto Cap Corse anchors in the western swell window, and the Iles Sanguinaires at Ajaccio in the sunset wind shift all run the at-anchor stabilizers hard.

Beach club. Load-bearing. The Corsican at-anchor swim programme runs at every Cala Rossa, Palombaggia, Saleccia, Loto, Lavezzi, and Girolata leeward anchor position through the day.

Helipad. Structural on the Sardinia-Corsica cross-cluster week. The Olbia-to-Bonifacio 12-minute, Bonifacio-to-Calvi 22-minute, and Ajaccio-to-Bastia 18-minute rotations run the cross-cluster transit and the inbound and outbound guest logistics on the multi-rotation brief. Cat A helipad is the structural option at the bracket.

Trip shapes that fit the bracket

The 7-night Corsica circumnavigation. Embark Bonifacio (transit from Olbia or Porto Cervo via cross-Sardinia repositioning), two nights Porto-Vecchio and the southeastern coast, one night Bastia and the eastern Cap Corse, two nights Saint-Florent and Cap Corse western face with the Saleccia anchor, two nights Calvi and the Balagne, return Bonifacio via Scandola and Girolata. The structural Corsica charter at the bracket. Suits the dedicated couples or family expedition week.

The 7-night Bonifacio and Scandola western route. Embark Bonifacio (from cross-Sardinia transit), one night Bonifacio outer port with Lavezzi day, two nights Ajaccio and Iles Sanguinaires, two nights Scandola and Girolata, one night Calvi, return Bonifacio. The western Corsica route at the bracket. Suits the Scandola-led brief.

The 10-night Sardinia and Corsica standard. Embark Olbia, two nights Porto Cervo and La Maddalena, two nights Bonifacio outer port and Lavezzi, two nights Porto-Vecchio and Palombaggia, two nights Ajaccio and Iles Sanguinaires, two nights return Calvi and Saint-Florent or repositioning to Olbia. The marquee Tyrrhenian-cross charter at the bracket.

The dedicated Tyrrhenian charter at the bracket.

What the bracket does not do well in Corsica

The Bonifacio inner-port stern-to above 50m. The inner port runs structurally tight at the bracket and the 55 to 60m hull holds the outer-port pontoon for the overnight with the supplementary tender to the inner shore programme. Confirm the captain's prior Bonifacio outer-port arrangement at inquiry.

The Scandola Nature Reserve at the August peak without the daily Park permit. The Park runs structurally the daily-controlled access and the August peak compresses the permit pool. Confirm the permit at contract, not at arrival.

The Calvi inner-bay anchor in the August Mistral window. The Calvi western-face anchor runs the at-anchor product through the day but the August Mistral northwesterly window compresses the anchor judgment. Hold the Calvi outer-pontoon marina slot for the overnight through the Mistral days.

The 7-night Corsica-only charter from a Cote d'Azur embarkation. The Cote d'Azur to Bonifacio transit runs structurally a 14 to 18-hour passage and the 7-night charter compresses the Corsica product without the structural ground-time. The 10 to 14-night charter from the Cote d'Azur holds the Corsican leg cleanly. The 7-night Corsica-only charter runs from the Olbia or Bonifacio embarkation.
