Lady S is a 93m Feadship delivered in 2019, 12 guests in 8 cabins, asking €1.5M to €1.75M per week Mediterranean peak as of May 2026, plus 30 percent APA and VAT where applicable. She is the yacht with the IMAX-certified cinema, which sounds like a marketing claim and is in fact a specification. Twelve seats, IMAX projection, sound calibration to IMAX commercial standard. It is a real cinema, and on the right charter party it changes how the week is run. On the wrong charter party it is an underused room. The question for any charter client considering her is whether the cinema is a use case for the week or an interesting room you walk through.

This piece is the detail. Specs that affect what you can do with her, the rate and APA picture, what the IMAX theatre actually is and how charter parties use it, the crew profile and service style, and the comparables in the 90m Feadship and Lürssen bracket.

Specs

92.99m LOA, 14.0m beam, 4.0m draft,. Steel hull, aluminium superstructure. Built by Feadship at the Aalsmeer yard, exterior design by Michael Leach Design, interior by Reymond Langton Design. Delivered 2019. No major refit reported through May 2026 with the five-year survey work scheduled or completed in. The Feadship build year and the absence of major refit work is a signal in itself. At six years old she is still in the original commissioning cycle, not the refit-and-refresh cycle.

The 4.0m draft is the structural advantage. It is shallower than the 5.0m-plus draft of comparable Lürssen 90m builds and meaningfully opens up the Cyclades inner-bay anchorages, the Croatian-archipelago tighter coves, and the southern Sardinian protected spots. For an owner who wanted a 90m Feadship and a east-Mediterranean route, the 4.0m draft was a brief priority that shows up in service.

Twelve guests across 8 cabins. Main-deck owner suite forward with a private terrace, a study, his-and-hers bathrooms, and a separate dressing room. Seven lower-deck guest cabins (two VIPs, four doubles, one twin-convertible). The 8-cabin layout is one cabin more than Lana or Quattroelle and matches Madsummer. The extra cabin is useful for a teenage cohort, a single-traveller addition, or a child-and-nanny pairing without losing a couple cabin to that role.

Crew complement is. Captain, two officers, four engineers, eight to nine interior, six to seven deck, two chefs. The 28-to-32 count is correct for the size class with the Feadship service standard. Helicopter pad on the foredeck, certified for touch-and-go. No on-board hangar. Two tenders (a limousine and a sport), four jet skis, two Seabobs, dive compressor, full water-toy locker. Beach club at the stern with opening transom and fold-out side platforms.

Stabilisation underway by. At-anchor stabilisers fitted from new,. The Feadship spec for at-anchor stabilisation on a 93m delivery in 2019 is high. The system works at the swell levels typical of August Saint-Tropez and Cyclades.

The IMAX theatre

Here is what the IMAX cinema is in practice. Twelve-seat configuration. IMAX projector. IMAX-calibrated sound. The room is built to the spec required for IMAX certification, which is a commercial standard, not a yacht-cinema standard. The acoustic treatment is more thorough than a standard yacht cinema. The seat-to-screen geometry is correct for IMAX. The projector is the real IMAX unit, not a consumer projector with marketing copy.

What this means in service. Movie nights on Lady S are a part of the week. For a charter party with kids, the cinema becomes the social centre for the evenings. For a charter party without kids, the cinema is a feature room used two or three times in a week. For a charter party that does not watch movies, the cinema is an interesting room that crew offer on the welcome tour. Honest assessment: the IMAX is a real differentiator for the charter parties that use it.

What the brochure understates. IMAX licencing for current-release content is constrained, and the library available on board is a fixed set rather than open access. Watching the latest cinema release at the IMAX standard on Lady S in week one of its release window is not always possible. This is a licensing reality, not a yacht problem. Charter parties that care about new-release access should ask the broker what is on the available list for the week.

The rate, what it covers, and the APA picture

Asking €1.5M to €1.75M per week Mediterranean peak (July through early September), €1.3M to €1.5M shoulder (mid-May to mid-June, mid-September to mid-October), Caribbean season €1.45M to €1.65M (December through April). Rates as of May 2026 via the central agent. Christmas and New Year Caribbean weeks run higher and book first.

APA at 30 percent. On a €1.65M base that is €495K. Mediterranean charters on Lady S reconcile at 65 to 75 percent of APA, with the balance refunded. Helicopter operations are typically delivery-only, so the helicopter swing is contained. Fuel pass-through is the larger variable. The Feadship propulsion package is efficient compared to older Lürssen and Oceanco equivalents at the same LOA.

All-in for a Mediterranean peak week (charter fee, realistic APA at 70 percent, gratuity at 10 to 12 percent) lands around €2.2M to €2.5M. Compared to Madsummer at €2.0M to €2.2M and Here Comes the Sun at €2.1M to €2.4M, she sits at the upper end of the 90m bracket. The IMAX is the implicit premium.

VAT is the standard Mediterranean structure. French portions at 20 percent with the 50/50 offset on qualifying itineraries, Italian portions at 22 percent, Croatian at 13 percent, Greek at 12 percent.

The captain, the crew, and the food

Captain. Crew tenure is reported as steady, which is the more useful signal on a yacht in this size class. Chief stewardess. The service style is Feadship in commercial charter mode, more present and structured than a Feadship in private mode, less choreographed than the Imperial-managed Lürssen standard. For charter clients coming from Madsummer or Lana, the service feels quieter and more attentive in the same breath.

The galley is sized for the 12-guest cap with serious overhead. The executive chef brief on Lady S is the strongest part of the on-board experience for charter parties that care about food. We have reviewed charter weeks where the chef ran five distinct cuisines across seven nights with the source-within-200km discipline maintained throughout. The Reymond Langton dining brief is built for sit-down service across multiple settings, and the crew choreography matches. The chef brief is captain-dependent. The current executive chef.

What we would change

Two things, neither structural. First, the cinema, brilliant as it is, can dominate the sundeck-and-salon use pattern for charter parties that do not use it. The yacht is built around the cinema as a feature room and the alternate use of that lower-deck space is constrained. A charter party that wants the lower-deck volume for other purposes (a wellness room, a games room) is buying a feature they will not use.

Second, the gym is well-equipped but smaller than the yacht's footprint suggests it could be. The flybridge can host an outdoor gym setup on request, and crew do this on request, but the standing gym is sized for two or three guests at a time rather than the 12-guest cap.

What we have passed on

We have passed on a recitation of the Reymond Langton interior brief beyond noting that it is contemporary, restrained, and built for the cinema-and-dining brief rather than the maximalist salon. We have also passed on owner-narrative reporting beyond what is in the public record. The yacht's beneficial-ownership reporting is, and the charter quality is independent of that question.

Comparables

Madsummer at 95m Lürssen. Two metres longer, Imperial-managed, with a stronger beach club but no IMAX. €100K to €250K cheaper per week. The cross-yard alternative if the IMAX is not the use case.

Symphony at 101m Feadship. Larger, the LVMH connection, and a different service profile.. The Feadship-bigger comparable.

Savannah at 83m Feadship. Smaller, hybrid propulsion, and a different design brief. The Feadship-with-hybrid alternative if the build year and the technical story matter more than the IMAX.

Here Comes the Sun at 89m Amels. Newer-comparable in age, cross-yard, and €150K to €350K cheaper. The Amels-and-Winch alternative.

Booking pattern

Prime Mediterranean July and August weeks book 10 to 14 months out, with shoulder weeks workable at 4 to 6 months. Caribbean season at 5 to 9 months. The Caribbean Christmas and New Year weeks book 12 to 18 months out. Cancellation slots open occasionally and clear at posted rate, with shoulder cancellations attracting 5 to 10 percent reductions in some years.

If you are looking for a 93m Feadship at the upper end of the 90m bracket, and the IMAX is a use case for your charter party, Lady S is the answer. If the IMAX is not a use case, the cost-per-meter math is better on Madsummer or Here Comes the Sun.
